この利用規約は、iPhone・iPad向けアプリ「ウェブポーチ（WebPouch）」（以下「本アプリ」）を使うときの決まりです。本アプリを使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
本アプリは、利用者が選んだWebページを開くボタンを作り、ホーム画面のウィジェットに置くためのアプリです。
ボタンは3つまで無料で作れます。4つ以上作るには、アプリ内課金（買い切り）が必要です。支払いはAppleのApp Storeを通して行われ、返金はAppleの決まりに従います。購入は、本アプリの設定の「購入を復元」から、同じApple Accountの別の端末でも使えます。
本アプリで開くWebサイトの内容は、それぞれのサイトの運営者が提供するものです。開発者は、その内容や、サイトが使えるかどうかに責任を負いません。各サイトの利用規約は、利用者自身で守ってください。
開発者は、本アプリが常に正しく動くことや、利用者の目的に合うことを保証しません。本アプリを使って起きた損害について、開発者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。ただし、利用者がお住まいの国や地域の法律で、このように責任を限ることが認められない場合は、その法律に従います。登録したボタンなどのデータは、利用者自身の端末とiCloudに保存されます。消えた場合に開発者が元に戻すことはできません。
開発者は、事前に知らせることなく、本アプリの内容を変えたり、提供をやめたりすることがあります。
この規約を変えるときは、このページで知らせます。変更後に本アプリを使った時点で、新しい規約に同意したものとします。
この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈されます。ただし、利用者がお住まいの国や地域の消費者を守る法律で、契約によって変えられない決まりがあるときは、その決まりが優先します。

These terms apply to your use of the iPhone and iPad app "WebPouch" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App lets you create buttons that open web pages you choose, and place them in Home Screen widgets.
You can create up to 3 buttons for free. Creating more requires a one-time in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and refunds follow Apple's policies. You can use your purchase on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account with "Restore Purchase" in the App's settings.
The content of websites opened through the App is provided by their operators. The developer is not responsible for that content or for whether those sites are available. Please follow each website's own terms.
The developer does not guarantee that the App will always work correctly or suit your purpose. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. Your buttons and other data are stored on your device and in your iCloud; the developer cannot recover them if they are lost.
The developer may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.
If these terms change, we will post the update on this page. By continuing to use the App after a change, you agree to the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, this does not take away any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region.
